Well its true!!!!!! I watch Mexico play all the freakin time..... no scoring... maybe 1 goal in a game. so boring. No disrespect to Mexico cuz I'm married to a Mexican for petes sake lol but come on... I know it's hard to score: offsides, defenders, etc etc etc but eh........

Geez. I can't believe it.

Lucky my wife knows CPR cuz I needed to be resuscitated after that game.

Congratulations to Spain and their fans. I think they will advance to face the Germans in the final.

Too bad. I was looking forward to a rematch with Germany. The World Cup Semi Final match was a classic.

Life goes on and I need a new hankerchief. This one's wet from tears.

wide open for any of the four...Turkey though are up against it with injuries and suspensions.
I think it'll be a Germany/Russia final..like to see Spain win but superior tactics usually prevail

It won't be easy though. Funny thing about soccer and sports. Win today lose tomorrow.

Facing the Russians after giving them a beating last time out and after beating their long time nemesis and World Cup Champions Italy has all the makings of a let down.

Winning yesterday just means they play on. Should they slip up in these next 2 games they will be just another in a long series of disappointments and failures.

On another note. Some people may wonder why soccer fans get so fanatical and so disappointed after a loss.

Well, here are some reasons.

You take this Euro Cup Tournament. You didn't draw names out of a hat.

You had to qualify and the qualification tournament took almost 2 years.

Right after the World Cup, qualifying began for the Euro Cup.

Dozens of teams slugged it out for the chance to get here playing a home and home schedule within your group.

Notably missing from Euro was Scotland who fielded a world class team only with the misfortune of being paired with Italy and France who both advanced.<
