I hate how soccer games end in a tie without any overtime or a shootout.

Id say the same about Baseball and basketball though.

Its a cultural thing and what you've been brought up on. For kids in America they get given a basketball and or a mitt as a kid. In Britain we get given a football. After school you go and play baseball, basketball or what not with your mates, we all play soccer as you call it.

I honestly think its something you cant understand until you've expericenced it and lived amongst it.

Exactly. We see a game where you score every 30 seconds and end up with a score like 114-112 as being really pointless, while you see a game that can be played for 90 minutes and end up in a tie as being pointless. It`s all swings and roundabouts...

try playing it... or better yet, run non stop for 45 mins... then take a 10 min break and run another 45 mins it is kinda lame to watch, but really a atheletic sport.

I played and coached soccer... if i could i would coach again..
I agree, i really can't stay awake long enogh to watch a whole Basketball game, and i only watch the cubs play baseball when i can, and it is usually after the 6th inning

but i agree sonic... I hated it when we played our arse off, and ended up in a tie
