I was at Walgreen's yesterday and I was able to purchase Ephedrine it is now in a bronchial expectorant. It's in a 12.5mg dose, it's behind the counter in the pharmacy you have to show a photo id, and sign for it. I took two pills about a hour before working out along with 4 oz. of Redline. I haven't felt that much energy in a long time, I was able to work out heavy for over an hour.

Been back at the gym for about a week. Lost 6 of the 15, I gained back.......had some problems with my trick knee and lower back that I had to let heal.
Did Bi's and shoulders today. Missed that tired feeling after a good workout

Man,
I've been following that tri-phase system and it is working! I've gone from about 195 to 203 in 4 weeks. I'm feeling really strong. I'm repping 305 on bench like it's 255 (easy). Yesterday I was pounding DB militaries with 85lb DB's (seated). I'm not adding fat either. I've managed to add lean mass and not bloat. I will post some pics this weekend. Fuking stoked!

Hit chest this afternoon incline DB's 75 lbs for 15 reps, 85 lbs for 10 reps, 95 lbs for 6 reps. Incline DB flies 55 lbs 15 reps, 65 lbs 10 reps, 75 lbs 7 reps. Machine flies 200 lbs 6 reps for 2 sets, 180 lbs for 5 reps. Light tricep workout afterwards.

Each week I have decided to isolate one group and work it twice. I saw in the Arnold encyclopedia he states that after 48 hours you can work the same muscle again which makes sense. So this week has been legs really trying to focus on the quads.

it's been a minute posting up in here. Been doing the tri phase training but haven't been logging it. Been breaking new PR's all week! Some ain't much, especially for legs, but hey i just started working my legs since rehab from surgery so i'm stoked!
New PR's DB Incline Press- 95s x 5 (4 sets) StiffLeg Deadlift 225 x 4 Barbell Deep Squat 185 x 4 DB Curls 45s x 4(4 sets) Not a PR but i'm finally benching 225 again! Haven't hit that in almost 3 years.
