You've got some good ideas. One thing you may want to work on a little in both the LaMont Jordan and the Routt/Washington pieces is to try and use some blending techniques. The images on the Jordan one looks as if he is just sitting on top of the background instead of being a part of the background/composition.
And the Routt/Washington one, if you're going to use cutouts of the players I would suggest using the the "PEN TOOL" in photoshop. The edges in your piece look jagged and needs to be corrected. Also, I wouldn't necessarilly use a "stroke" around the two CB's. Because the background uses somewhat blurred and soft effects, the strong white "stroke" looks out of place. It's okay to use different textures within a composition, but keep in mind that they must compliment each other. As usual, please refer to this sites rules reagrding using Raider related images: http://www.raiderfans.net/forum/graphics-forum/36901-new-rules-sig-pics-updated-4-30-06-a.html For help with different blending techniques, feel free to ask myself or some of the other designers like Nexx and Guru by way of PM.
