Man i played this guy yesterday that had the sickest passing game i seen. I got good stick skills and still couldn't stop him. I tried everything Man to Man Cover2 Cover 3.double teaming and still couldn't stop him.

So... I don't know about you guys, but I am fully confident in saying that I was very good at Madden 08.

09 on the other hand, I am a joke. I just can't get the hang of it.

It's about the same as 08 to me but as I have mentioned, I'm on PS2.

I beat the Eagles(who beat the bucs and too bad i didnt get revenge for our last SB) 24-16 in the superbowl and while im saving after the game it freezes

Last time a game froze during a save was back on ps2 playin gta3 and i had 99% of the game complete and it never would load after so my franchise better be alright!

man i feel for ya. Thats a widespread issue with franchise mode that EA is aware of. Supposedly the patch that is coming out soon will take care of that. Thats one reason I havent even started a franchise yet.

I havent played a game online in 3 days so i hop on today and play this charger user come game all gmae long i stop him on 4th and 4 called cover 2 had a feeling he would try and pass on the flats and i was correct he went to pass to LT and ASO was right there to tackle him so i get the ball back with 3 minutes to go and its 3rd and 7 and i run with Russell run over one of the charger BD's and Russell get tackled and fumbles i lose it i hold that guy to a field go so its all tied up 52 seconds left 2 timeouts.i get sacked on my 9 yard line call a TO call a PA 4WR bunch pass and connect with curry and dusted the db's and set me up for the game winning TD. very exciting game.

I had the most exciting game ever in madden this year. I faced PIT in the divisional game in my 1st season which I just finished.

I try to play sim in my franchise. So I always attempt to run the ball a lot and not usually successful lol. Evert time I went playaction they would sack me right after the fake, so my offense wasnt moving the ball much at all.
When I did, I threw a pick in the red zone, and had a fumble in trhe red zone as well.

I was down 10-0 late in the 3rd. Maybe early 4th, 7 min quarters. hey were driving on me, I knew 17-0 it would be over. So I managed to get a stop, held em to 3. 13-0 probably 5 or so minutes left in the 4th.

Im driving down the field, going no huddle with the clock ticking, trying to conserve as much time as possible. Lots of short passes. Then I think it was Fargas who breaks a big one for like 30 yds. Higgins was taking short passes and getting lots of yac. McFadden pounds it in TD 13-7.

About 3 min. left. I kick off. 1st down facemask. Next play parker for 9. Im like **** should i let him get the 1st now rather then possibly on 3rd down where they can another 40 seconds? I go all out blitz stuffed no gain. 3rd and inches stuffed again

slowly moving the ball down the field. 2nd down i remember getting sacked. 3rd and like 19, BIG 1st down guess who? JLH!!!! clock is MOVING tho. I get in the redzone. 1 timeout left. 3nd and goal. clock going like 30 seconds. Just looking for no turnovers. set up an easy 4th down. Lots of pressure. sacked. 4th and goal. around the 10 i dont remember exactly. 14 seconds. All or nothing. Walker was blanketed, Higgins was covered well, Curry's route a bit short of the endzone, McFadden open in flat, risky play. Miller 1 on 1 with a LB on a short post, back of the endzone...

TOUCHDOWNNN RAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDEEEEERRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSS!!!! !

14-13 Like 10 seconds left. Kickoff to 30 or so. 3-4 seconds left. Big Ben has to heave one. I go prevent. Quick slant stopped immediately. What a g@y way to end a great game!

I just started season 2 and since I dont like drafting no names, I traded my picks. You can trade a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for practically anyone in the league

Plus Jason Taylor and Richard Seymour were released!!! LOL

I played with the regular roster my 1st season. This year I just went nuts making trades and I wound up with the craziest madden team ever no joke. I picked up Calvin Johnson, Devin Hester, Marvel Smith, Ben Grubbs, Jason Brown, Jon Jansen, Shawne Merriman(converted to end) Richard Seymour(converted to DT), Karlos Dansby(converted to SLB). I have no holes on my team lol
edit: oh and i have more cap room then when i started

Hey guys I don't know if this is meant to happen but when I was playing Madden the showcase that shows you what rings you have done / unlocked just started smoking lol I don't know how but white smoke was coming from it and around it has this happened to anyone else?
