I just bought ncaa football and my first game was a good one. I beat FSU 28-14 but the game was close. One big turnover late in the game was the difference. The AI is much improved, trying to run against FSU was a real challenge. The screen play worked to perfection, i was able to follow my blocks and make a big play. The crowd noise is excellent and it really captures the college atmosphere. This is a great sign for madden in my opinion. I have both the 360 and PS3 and chose to buy it for the ps3 this year. No frame rate issues at all. Finally a good college next gen game. Enjoy!

I get it just so I can export the players most of the time (rent or borrow from some one) but I played the demo and it was great

I'm still wondering how he bought it already? I'm anxiously awaiting it also. The demo was really good. Apparently its gonna have the same engine as Madden 09, so it should be a good tool to practice with before Madden drops.

A lot of small stores don't follow the street date... a lot of stores period dont follow the street date.

One of my co-workers knows a place that sells the games early. He won't tell me where it is, but will offer to grab a copy for me. He does this with Madden as well. It's a good game, one flaw that I see is that it is difficult to get pressure on the Qb without blitzing. That seems to be a common complaint on message boards, my brothers and I all had trouble rushing the passer today when we played against one another. The games are very competitive, no blowouts in any of our games. They all were really close and were decided late. I think the graphics aren't as good as the madden game, I was a little disappointed with the graphics, but I just got a new 46 inch tv so everything is magnified. Overall it is a good game, big time hits in this game. I want the roster downloads, no one has anything posted for the PS3 yet. Xbox 360 owners can hit up pastepadre's website to get the rosters for free.

I'm waiting for July 15 because that is when my pre order copy comes in. You lucky guy I'm so jealous how did you get itearly? I wonder what's USC's ratings? I always use my alma mater I know it's cheezy but hey I love my Trojans. 2008 was the only year I didn't buy NCAA I just waited for Madden but I am certainly getting 09. THe only other team besides USC I use is Michigan State because my pops went there. I'll tell you something it's a real challenge trying to beat a powerhouse team on heisman with MSU because usually they are just an average team. Too bad they dont' have Drew Stanton anymore.

Not having a defensive line pressure is probably just like using the raiders in Madden 08. I can't get a good pass rush without at least one other position blitzing. But that should keep games pretty close unless someone is gonna blitz all day. But if that happens, just exploit the blitz. I'm lookin forward to this game. I found the passing in the demo to be a lot easier than on Madden.

try and find some little videogame shop near ur house or try a swap meet. bigger branches like gamestop or best buy normally wont sell them early
