How do you turn any pass play into a play action?????

I am running plays from the I forgot the name of the formation but its in the oakland playbook its where you have one reciever on the left and two on your left and Two BAcks on the field at the same time line'd up next to each other.

Don't know bro.

I know you can turn a play action play into a regular pass play by pressing triangle, the RB and R2 or L2. That makes him block instead of doing a play action.
