    This is the forum where we need to discuss Jon Gruden...

    He is a television personality now...

    and honestly... I love him on the air.

    I think he is a much better broadcast person than he ever was as a coach..

    So lets here it for Gruden's success on television and realize he is never coming back to Oakland.
