Based on ratings for the week of March 17, ABC's Nightline outdelivered CBS' The Late Show with David Letterman in total viewers (3.49 vs. 3.43 million) and key adults 25-54 (1.61 vs. 1.58 million). First in both categories was NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, with 5.19 million viewers and 2.33 million adults 25-54.
