I like it!!! I would throw too much text up there, it might take away from that awesome background. A simple drop shadow to your current "Guru" text layer should work. Perhaps an embosed or "Raiderfans.net" brush somewhere small but behind and between two of the players could work nicely.(Faint RF.NET brush could act like a watermark) I'll have to find that RF.NET brush I made and try that out at home.
Otherwise, it looks cool. The only thing that didn't flow right was the brightness of the overall background. Try tweeking its contrast levels and slightly desaturating it and adding a slight color to enhance it. I also fuddled with it and desaturated the four outside players and added a couple additional layers to the middle guy. Also took one of those layers and motion blurred it. Your very talented.

Damn...that looks too green. On my laptop, the green it VERY subtle and muted. On my DESKTOP, that **** looks like split pea soup! I MUST lay off the Jack Daniels!
Seriously, I think I need to adjust the gamma on my laptop. But you get the point. Adjust the contrast to the background and consider just a drop shadow to your text. Simplicity is sometimes the best way to go.

Flatten the image...(all the layers)..then you can save it as a jpg, jpeg, or bmp. There's also usually an option that says "save for internet" which will compound the file the size...losses a little bit of guality...but not much.
