Man...you dont' need all that fancy stuff.
You need about 15 pounds of bratwurst. Grill those slowly so they are even and a rich brown color. Fill a BIG pot with 12 beers, 4 chopped onions, 2 chopped green peppers, 2 pounds of butter, a little garlic, and dump those brats in there. Bring that to a rolling boil then turn down the heat to a simmer. Give that about 30 minutes and slap those suckers on a nice brat bun. Smear on some of those onions from the mix, a bit of ketchup or 'stard or horseradish. Throw a little sauerkraut on top if you like. Stuff the thing in your face and taste heaven. If food could provide orgasms the parking lot would be a REAL messy place. On the side? Regular potato salad, slaw, some chips and dip crap, beer, and of course: Wisconsin's World Famous Squeaky Cheese Curds. Top it off with some great tasting Omro Cheesecake. Then in the second hour of tailgating..............

AW71's Bunker-buster Steak Rub
1/2 cup, coarse sea salt (or kosher) 1/2 cup, ground black pepper 1/4 cup, paprika 3 tbls, pure chili powder (not a blend) 1 tbls, cayenne pepper 2 tbls, garlic powder 1 tbls, ground cumin 1 tbls, dried oregano 1 tbls, dried thyme Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix. Transfer to a large jar, cover, and store away from heat and light. Will keep for several months. Spray your steaks with cooking spray. Sprinkle rub on each side of your steaks with the rub, cover, and marinate for 1-2 hours. Heat your grill to medium heat, and enjoy grilling. They smell GREAT on the grill, and taste even BETTER on your plate. Serve with veggies and ice cold Coronas!
