    Tailgate Help

We are going to be at the same game. We'll get to town Saturday afternoon. We are planning on going to Ricky's Saturday night. Haven't been there yet. Looking forward to it. From what I've read here you need to be in line for parking at the coliseum around 6am. We are driving 5 hours to get to Oakland to see the Steelers go down!!!

    Tailgate Help

Haha!! I don't think I'll be there at 6 am, but that's what the experts are saying. The gates open 5 hours before kick off (8:15am). Start lining up 2hrs before gates open (6:15am). Thats for the pretailgate party. We are talking about tailgating. Gotta get the charcoal started. I'm gonna tell my crew we have to leave the hotel by 7:00am. I'm hoping they don't fire me as activities director.

I read somewhere to head into the coliseum two hours early because of the new security procedures. I figure I'm going to go with that. Rather be early to my seats then standing in line during the kickoff.

You have a parking pass. Come in off 66th and San Leandro Blvd and get in the long line which might be around on the San Leandro Blvd by that time. Me and my girl get there at 7am every week and it take about 15 minutes to get in the parking lot. They will probably open the gates at 8am even though it is a 1:15am kickoff. It is a sellout. If they fire you and you get there at 8am you will be waiting about 1 hour in line waiting to drive in the later the worse it will be believe me.
