Well, I have to go see Metallica on August 9th which I had to choose over the home opener because it's rare deal to see Ozzy and Metallica in the same venue for Ozzfest. Then I was going to the NO game but it is on 10/12. Well my youngest son Jeramy turns 3 on 10/13 and I am not going to screw that up. My prayers are to hopefully get to one of our games near the end of the year.

You "have" to go to Metallica? Aww, poor baby...

Just kiddin' brah.. Have a bad ass time with that... Just downloaded the Wiltern Show from LA last week.. They played all old school stuff, but sh*t was sounding GOOOOD!! I hope like hell they play the Seattle or Portland area one of these days, 'cause I'll be there.. Haven't seen 'em live since back to back nights at the Fabulous Forum in Inglewood March 2004, right before I bailed outta SoCal..

It does suck from a May 30th point of view

I really wanted to go to the tailgate last year, but for certain reasons i never made it.. just try to make it later if you can, but i missed all last season, and now this season is upon us.. take care of the priorities, and the fun will soon come once again

Am I missing something? Ozzfest - August 9th, Raiders home opener - September 8th - pretty much a month apart. I guess there are financial considerations, but only dates are mentioned.
