Ok dammit! I'm going to go to my first Oakland Raider away game since I went to mile high back in the nineties. Who's with me? This should be one to remember since we get to party in the big Easy!!!

After talking to hundreds of Raiderfans.net members at games in '07, it seems that this will be the Official Raiderfans.net Tailgate game!

Yep, the wife and I (after talking to Ran, Swoosh, Spider, Gen, and a host of others) trying to make this trip as well. To have the Nation, and better yet, RF's.net descend upon N.O., would be dame fine!

It's way early, but this would be my first rf.net tailgate. Is there going to be a planned hotel/block to stay at to get together at too?

I was in New Orleans the last time the Raiders played there. They estimated 50,000 Raiders fans in the French quarter. It was off the hook. The Famous door bar was turned into a Raider bar. Jt the brick was there chanting F the niners. It was awsome. Best road trip I have had over the last 9 seasons. I will be there. This is a can't miss road game. They won't play there for another 8 years.

Yea I was at the Famous Door that night also rain coming down sideways roof leaking Raider fan took over every bar on Bourbon Street. The bouncer at the Famous Door the guy with the tight leather Saints jacket said he had never seen any fan base take over like this.

Does this mean were not having one in Oakland like we have been doing?
