Don't let Norv's record in oakland fool you
Do not let it fool you into thinking he is bad HC. After all, look at what we had to work with in oakland. Last years savior Art Shell, remember him, HOF die hard raider player, bailed out after just one season as HC. At least Norv stuck it out for two seasons to try and help the raiders turn things around. Now that Norv has a team of great players to coach. It will be a whole different outcome for him this time around.

You Dolt fans kill me lol... Norv had a great team in Washington and made them suck.... the year before Norv came here we were in the SUPERBOWL, So stop with the crap of the Raiders had a Horrible team!!! I had to capitalize that cuz you have never won one of those... Norv was the start of the ****ty state we are in!! Norv STUCK it out cuz he was Al's Puppet as he will be AJ's this year... Bolt did you not hear the comments Jerry Rice made about Norv Turner on espn. oohh yeah Rice does it now about good coaches. Rice has been around a **** load of great coaches
