And to say a couple of pieces to the puzzle is nothing close its more like a bunch of pieces to filling the puzzle:

You guys are pretty much set at WR and your RB situation is fine

QB situation needs alot of work

Your O line is well...

You guys need definate help in the D line with the exeption of Burgess when he passrushes.

Your linebackers? Nothing.

Your corners and safeties are pretty,eh average at best.

Don't count on the Raiders beating the Broncos anytime soon.
:gay:

What rock have you been living under?? Safeties average?? Mr. Huff, I think will have something to say about that.

LB's Nothing? Are you high? We now, after this draft, have a very young, strong, and incredibly fast linebacking corp. It sounds like all of your team evaluation of the Raiders is from last year. Where have you been. Jake must have forgot to tell you to come up for air...

O-line?? ****, just you wait and see son. Mr. Shell has the people in place and once that line gels you will be eating your words.

QB situation?? Brooks is a wild card, but I guarantee Walter is the truth. Go ahead assume he's not. We are fine at QB. You live in comfy Donkey denial. Jake the fake got you to the playoffs and then showed his true colors when it all counted. CHOKE!! There's only one QB in the NFL that ever truly earned the SNAKE nick name and that, my Donkey friend, was Mr. Stabler... Go choke on some alphalpa dude...

Huff lol yep the last couple of times you guys drafted dbacks they sure were good

How do you know the linebackers will be good from what I've seen they got owned by Phillie in 1 drive.

Yeah Gallery sure looked good switching spots and it sure looked like Brooks and Walters had all the time in the world in the pocket

If you haven't noticed it was not Jakes fault but the whole teams fault for losing that game.

Whats with you and putting these snide remarks at the end of all your comments? Do you have anger problems?

That's cool as long as you keep it constructive and intelligent, unlike some weirdos around here.

WRs are more than just fine, but the RB situation would be much more stable with a decent backup.

True. I don't think the Raiders believe Brooks is the answer. Walter is, and Brooks will take the beatings while we rebuild.

Much better now that we have some very promising rookies, Gallery is back where he belongs, Walker is healthy, and we have the best OL coaches anyone could ask for. Even all the Raider Hater sports writers agree with that. But they do need work and chemistry.

Lance Johnstone is in town to help out Burgess with the pass rush, and we have a lot of young solid depth at the DL. Sapp is still effective, when he is healthy. I'm not worried about the D at all this year.

C'mon now man, I know you don't totally believe that. They are young, but very strong and have tons of speed. Morrison was a rookie last year and got just under 100 tackles. We have got another couple of very promising rookies in that position. It could use some more depth, but there is a lot of young untapped potential sitting in the LB corps now.

Can't agree with you there. They are very young, but we had rookies starting last year who did a really good job. Our secondary will be solid this year.

The Broncos are definitely the best team in the AFC West coming into this year. Nobody with any sense can argue that. But I wouldn't count out any of the teams in the AFC West, they have always been tough, and can knock a team off of their throne rather quickly.

It will be interesting to see who ends up being your teams long term QB...

I think the entire sports world agrees that Mike Huff is a solid player. That's why so many writers were comparing him to Ronnie Lott. He won't be another Gibson, which was a horrible pick.

It's preseason man. They are not looking to win, they are putting their team together. On top of that, the Eagles had been in camp a week longer than the Raiders before that game. In camp terms, that's a long time.

I agree Gallery did not look good over there. I think that hammy may still be bothering him, and/or he has to readjust now. We will see soon enough if moving him was a good decision.

You are right. It was the entire team. Lots of people blame the Rose Bowl loss to Ohio State on Jake too. I remember how awesome Jake was in college, as my family watches Pac-10 football religiously. He was a good QB for Arizona too, but he could never break out because they sucked so hard.
