No disrespect but we go through this every year - Just say No - Our uniforms are part of what make the Raiders who we are. There are already teams that have changed their uniforms to look like us. The all black look is the Falcon look or before that Oilers. They are all Raider wannabee's hell even the Duc's I mean Bucs changed their logo to look like us.

The Raiders are the only team I can think of that hasn't played with their jersey in over 30 + years, and for good reason...there's nothing wrong with it.

Why do you think so many other teams try to incorporate black in their jersey's? Answer: Let's look more like the Raiders.

and also i dont think it would be that bad of an idea if we had a home monday night game... black jersey with the silver nuimber and black pants with silver stripe down the side and of course our silver helmets...i think itd look kinda nice...

well we have all silver... so why not just get rid of them... cause we dont ever wear them...or if not all black would the NFL let us wear the white jersey with the silver numbers for a home game?
