I will tell you what else is not very bright on the Chargers part, is them looking to trade Donnie Edwards. He only counts 3.5 mil against the cap, and is still a pro bowl caliber player at 33. Explain how this would be a good move?

He's an undersized LB in a 3-4 alignment....He's gotten dinged up the past two years with knee scopings a regular event now...He'll be 34 soon, was outplayed at times last year by Stephen Cooper, and bitches too often about his contract. On top of it all, he's not all that effective in a 3-4.....He gets swallowed up by blockers all too often.

It's been reported that the Vikings may give up a 2nd rounder for him....and that'd be an absolute steal. I can't remember too many 34 year old LBs that netted us a 2nd round pick....or any team a 2nd rounder....
