Yeah..NO ONE supports their team the WAY THE RAIDERS DO..that's for sure.
See..MOST support their team by going to games. You know, buying tickets. Put butts in seat.
As I've stated too many times, Niners have sold out for a quarter century....STRAIGHT.
understand that? that's each and every home game for the last 25 years STRAIGHT.
Raiders? One of the WORST IN THE LEAGUE. You can't even sell out playoff bound, need to win, at home games, much less the others. You MIGHT have sold out a whoop dee do 3 games last year, if that.
You have NO appeal, no support, You sure as hell don't have any drawing power..I mean...THAT MEANS YOU'RE DRAWING FANS TO THE STADIUM. Only thing the Raiders are drawing are excuses from the fans on why they DON'T go to the game.

Guess that means you just got trumped, didn't ya?
its simple mike.. those psls that we had before this year where the reason as to why games didnt sell out and everyone knows this. You can make up whatever things u want to but the plain and simple fact is no one in their right mind is going to pay 1k for a seat that only costs $200. This year you will see the sellouts as the psls are gone and the team owns their own ticket rights now. The appeal is there and the support is there..

Well, you are right that the PSL's were high.

But, after the Raiders announced that 'The ONLy way you'll be able to see the Raiders is to buy a PSL..there will be NO ticket's sold to walk ups"..team had no choice but to change that, which REALLY pissed off a lot of season ticket holders. People were walking up and buying seats, on the 50, paying less than the guy who was sitting in the end zone, in some cases.

The team always owned their own ticket rights. For reasons NO ONE KNOWS, the Raiders became the ONLY team in ALL OF THE BIGS to not handle their own ticket sales. In baseball, basketball, hockey and football...every team, except the Raiders, marketed their team, promoted them, etc. and handled their own ticket sales.

Now, yes, you're right. Now the Raiders are handling their own ticket sales. Now, on other raider boards I've been told that someone saw some Raider commercials, I believe on Fox Sports.
I've not seen any commercials on the local channels, at all, regarding the Raiders. they might be there, I never saw them. With 3 teens, the tv's on a lot, and even in the background don't recall anything on Raiders.

point is, what is the team doing?

I'm surprised that I still don't see any billboards going down 880. None on 101. Nothing on 580.

I read the SF Chron, SJ Merc, and East Bay Daily Review..no ads there.

What are you guys doing? No smack intended. I would have thought, NOW that the ball is in the Raiders court..that you would OVER DO IT. Go all out, show how it's done, prove it was the OFMA, ESPECIALLY considering how the team has played last 3 years.
