People think "podcast" means you need an Ipod, and you don't.
A podcast is just an MP3 file, it can be downloaded a whole ton of ways, same way you download any other sound file or image or video from the net.
Simplest way is to go to
www.bangcartoon.com and you'll see the Bang Cartoon Radio Hour section, it will take you to a page to either listen there (any time you want) or subscribe to it (free) if you have the software that does such things.
In fact, if the admins on this site make a Raiders podcast, we'd like to talk to you about hooking up. Mutual backscratching and all. Drop me an email.
