Just wondering, what do you think the team should do to "return to glory"? Is it something that you feel can be accomplished overnight? Davis/Shell want nothing more that to return to the Raider ways and become feared again, but it isn't like signing a couple new players will do it. It will take time to get through to the players that have been slacking off in Callahan/Norv Land.

We will return, but not overnight, just BE PATIENT!

There is lots of reasons to be optimistic. I'll name a few for you. Gallery 2nd year pro, Grove 2nd year pro, Walter 1st year pro ( and rated as possibly the best QB in the 2005 draft), Washington 1st year pro, Schweigert 2nd year pro (also broke Rod Woodsons record at Purdue for INTS), Porter (great reciever), Moss (hall of fame reciever), Jordon ( up and coming RB), Burgess (led NFL in Sacks last year).......

I can go on if you like. But chew this one over, we just got a Hall of fame Lineman as a coach. That more than anything will change this team and get this offense back where it should be.

That's bull**** my man. If you took the time to read half the posts that have been made over the past few days , it has been said several times how people were dissappointed. You have not said anything new. ( Except the Chargers comment.) You are just another in a long line. So you are not the martyr you think you are. Its all good by me to have your opinion , but at least know whats going on.

I want people to come and smack talk me if the Raiders make the playoffs. That's why I'm a fan of Steve Hartman. He never settles for anything other then success. Why does he bash the Lakers and the Raiders time and time again? Because, he expect more from the Lakers and Raiders other then a mediocre/crappy season. We expect more then waiting for the team to "rebuild." The same goes for me and the Raiders (and my Lakers, of course). I expect wins. "Win baby win!!"
