Marcus Vick: perfect fit for the Raiders?
He can play "chuck and duck" and you do have the downfield reciever thats made for this "streetball" style.

There's 'tough', and there's 'punk'. Marcus strikes me as being a punk. If, he were to suddenly grow up this off-season, then he may go in the money rounds but, I sense he's not picked up until 4 rounds and down - too much drama associated with him IMO.
