Al Davis have a Coaching Plan?

IMO, Al Davis has a Coaching plan, and already knows who its going to be...

I base this on two facts.....

1. I can't believe that Al Davis would start hiring DC, and Def Line Coaches, without the future Head Coaches OK'ing those choices.

2. I can't believe that Rob Ryan would sign an extension without knowing who the next Head Coach would be...



So... Is the Head Coaching decision already a done deal? or not?

Interesting theory, in that case it would have to be one of the remaining playoff teams. Maybe the offensive coordinator of the Panthers or Steelers.

He does. Ryan would not have signed the extension if he did not. He would have went with Mangini. Whoever the coach may be, Ryan certainly believes that the guy offers something.

Al Davis is in contract talks witht he penguin from the star of the movie " march of the penguins" Mr. Davis said he liked the way the penguin led all the others in such an orderly manner. NOt to mention the penguin is already black, thus saving money on uniforms for the coach.

But I do more or less agree with the OP that Ryan wouldn't have come back and more hirings wouldn't be going on without Al having the guy he wants waiting in the wings.

Might not be like most of your plans/wants/'takes' but really do you really think the guy had plans before? He will hire who he thinks the best coach out there to help us win, and it doesnt matter what we all think of him he will do what he wants! Stop losing sleep over things you cant control

LOL! on the contrary I have these pain killers for my knee (surgery). Everytime I open my windows (RFnet as home) my knee throbs just seeing some toddlers posts. lol
