I loved seeing Manning crumble; then whine about his offensive line after the game. Great leadership there.
The season has been a success. No superbowl for that prick Peyton Manning. Im pleased.. now if only the donkies will lose.....

alot of P. Manning haters here but you know what, who would want him on our team.

As far as Dungy he is a class act and so is Manning. Tell me the last time he called out his team? I'll be waiting for the reply.

I wouldnt want him onthe Chargers. I cant stand him. And I dont think he is a class act. He is a crybaby. His commencement speech in Tennessee was a slap in the face to all REAL college students: Dont know if you recall it; but the NCAA used it to promote college football: he said something to the effect that football was much harder than being a student. well if he took any class other than Tutored Dumb**** 101, He may have a point. He is an ass. No, dont want him in the NFL. I actually like Alicia Manning, his little sis on the giants, more.
Dungy, I do like though.

I agree with you. I don't like P. Manning or his brother, Ecry . They both whine too much.

I remember that.
So what’s wrong with his statement? As a football player you’re under the eyes of everyone mainly the media. Not so as a Student. Oh btw he received his undergraduate degree in 3 yrs.
and this deal about not winning the big game...well at Tn he played against a very good Florida team that in 95 they were ranked 1st most of the yr, 96 played in the national title game and won it in 97. that was his so. jr and sr. yrs.
For the poeple saying you wouldn't want him on your team, all I have to say is LIARS!!!!! :

BTW I follow the University of Tennessee

Degree in three years? hahah the U of Tenessee isnt know for its Scholars. I doubt he got his degree in Bio Chemistry. And Im sure his tutor basically did his homework for him. I mean we can go ring around the rosie here all you want, but the fact is he is dumb as a box of rocks; save his robotic mind of football daddy installed in him. Like I said: whats wrong with his statement? If you have to ask that question, it means you obviously dont "get it" ; its a slap in the face to any real student. You have any idea how tough some of the exams are? In real classes , not rocks for jocks or Phys ed. You follow the University of Tennessee? why? Did you graduate from there?
I still wouldnt want him on any team in the NFL.
Here is a good piece on him from www.ruthlessreviews.com

"3) Peyton Manning

"Must Pretend to Audible"

Motto: ...With a Glass of Water on the Side For Dippin'

Peyton Manning (aka Rod Flanders -- or is it Todd?) -- We may be witnessing the making of the greatest career of an NFL quarterback ever... too bad its Peyton Manning, a man who's noteworthy qualities outside of football are on par with a fifty-year-old airport security worker who is convinced that your belt buckle is, in actuality, a flamethrower. Peyton is a dumb rube and from the second the dusty seed of his father found purchase, it was decided that his male brood would be raised with the singular purpose of becoming football players and hopefully achieving the zenith of success that eluded their old man (See: Earl Woods). I can see it now-Peyton miraculously figures out how to defeat the Patriots and reaches the Superbowl, making quick work of some ****bomb NFC team that won their division with an 8-8 record [Vikings and Packers in unison: Hey, fu ck you!]. As he finally hoists the Lombardi trophy over his head, the lights go out and a sinister cackle is heard-Archie Manning flies in on a hoverboard and swipes the prize from his son's hands and as he flies off he drops a pumpkin bomb, vaporizing his now useless son. Sure you could make the assumption that Peyton is a classy guy, but answer this -- do classy guys drop their nutsacks on female trainer's shoulders while they're getting tended to? Without question. Peyton Flanders represents the opposite end of the spectrum versus the trash-talking black athlete in that he conforms to the stereotype of the ultimate lame white guy. I like athletes with some personality, even if it's the result of being annoying. Terrell Owens for example -- sure he's painfully childish in the media, but some of his on-field antics are ****ing hilarious... Dallas Star, Sharpie, Thriller Dance, Pom-Poms, making fun of Ray Lewis's stupid dance -- its cheap entertainment, but its memorable, yet I thought Joe Horn's cell phone thing was cheesy and forced. ****, even Favre -- whether you like him or not, the man still has swagger and palpable love for the game. Peyton is an incredible player, but he doesn't impress in any other way. He's not a fiery competitor, he rarely takes hits or plays through pain and he can't win the big games and those intangibles keep him from being as remarkable as his stats should dictate. Too much polish and too little substance; being good at throwing the football does not make you a great entertainer.

Conclusion: If your league awards equal points for passing TDs, this hayseed is worthy of the #1 pick given his consistency, durability and the fact that this might be the last year the nucleus of the Colts remains intact for a Superbowl run so they might be even be more aggressive... just expect stellar, yet dull efficiency from this manufactured football robot as he heartlessly drones his way through his preordained life. Let him be a kid Archie! Let him be a kid!!! "

Sucks to be a Colts fan (or a Pats fan for that matter.) Time to take a look at the coaching staffs and see who's got time for an interview. Who am I kidding, they have plenty of time.

Why do I follow Tn? Look where I'm from.

The article is partially right. Yes his daddy "trained" them to be football players. What ex player doesn't try to do that. But b/c he has no personality is a reason to hate on him.

Rarely plays through pain? he hasn't missed a game since his rookie season not to mention in 2001 he played with a broken jaw. Yes he doesn't get hit but here is a nice idea that Bill Polian came up with, lets get a line in here so he doesn't get hit. WOW what an Idea!

Why all the Peyton haters?? I'd take that guy in an instant!! He hasn't won the "big" game yet but you watch, he'll get his! Marino never won the "big" game, does that make him a loser? I think not! It takes more than the qb to win the "big" game! How long did it take John Elway to get there? Was he a loser until he finally got that ring? I would say not!! And Dungy a loser?? That's just plain stupidity to say that!!

Well, the title of the thread is Dungy is a Loser; but I jumped in because people were discussing Peyton. I have Like Dungy. Cant stand Peyton.
Trojan: the article may not be completely accurate , but I think its hilarious.

Back to the slayer's post: Marino NEVER had a back like E. James with him, or a defense as good as the Colts was: thats one thing. Denver also had a similar problem for years. I hear you. and understand what you are saying. Would you want Dilfer over Marino because he does have a ring? exactly.
I simply hate peyton manning. others dont, thats cool. just stating my opinion. and why would I lie about not wanting him on my team? What would I have to gain by lying?

He's now 5-8 in the postseason. 2-4 with 3 potentially HOF defenders upon arrival (Brooks, Sapp, Lynch) and now 3-4 with 3 potentially HOF offensive skill players (Manning, Harrison, James) upon arrival. Nuf Ced.
