You are such a dumbass...do you even think about what the fvck you post?!?

You start off your arguement about African American coaches not getting hired because of racist practices by white NFL owners. After all, it's been "400 years of oppression".

Then you turn around and say (and I quote) "If you miss out on a job because you are not a minority... get over it just like you expect us to!"

So basically, it's okay to be racist, as long as you're not the one who's suffering?

Nice job contradicting yourself....YOU are the one whining about "it's a racist society" and then you turn around and spout that?!? I dunno...you tell me who the racist is and who has the "backward attitude".

Oaktownfan (and rslproductions, while I'm at it): Keep talking your bullsh*t that makes no sense, and you'll make mentally retarded people sound like Stephen Hawking.

In my defense, I'm not a racist....I have a Conservative American belief that hard work, integrity, good solid morals, education, a positive attitude, and experience goes a long way in the world. Skin color or gender shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with it. Affirmative Action is a racist law, period....it shows favor towards ethnic groups, and if it was written that it supported white people, it would cause an uproar. Tell me it wouldn't!!!

In closing, this is my point: It is my belief that as long as people keep holding grudges and teaching people to hate, then racism will continue to thrive. Racism isn't handed down through genes...it is a LEARNED disorder. Maybe if people LEARNED to view each other as human beings and quit judging others by their supposed characteristics, then maybe we really can "start getting along". But then again, I'm an optimist....

If you ahd demonstrated any semblence of your own intelligence rather than spitting up what Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh told you to think, then that might be a possibility.

As it stands, the original thread was locked for a reason. Restarting it under another name intended to call out another poster named "oaktownfan" isn't going to magically improve things.

It is against the rules in ANY forum to call out a member in the title of the thread...

not to twist any rules, but calling a memebr out in a title, draws much more attention to the thread... If you have a certain problem, please try sending a PM first...
