Yeah...he's only co-ordinated one of the NFL's best offensive teams and engineered the Chiefs most explosive offense ever for the past few years. Can you blame him for not doing well in SD? Since Kellen Winslow and before LaDanian Tomlinson, what offensive power has the Chargers GM ever assemble? Ryan Leaf!!!

The offense of the chiefs , if you recall, is basically pieces from the Rams planted in the existing system there (Vermeil and Green) I understand what you are both saying, but wait and see. If he does turn out to be a good HC, Cangrats, and like so many times before , I'll be wrong. But this time I dont htink so.

Norv Turner also coordinated one of the beest offensive teams in the early 90's version of the Cowboys. It's a huge step from coordinator to coach.
