Listen to what your saying... "IF the players lobby for him". If the players want something.. then who are we to stand in their way?? Players have said many times that its not the coaches fault, as far as lack of preperation goes, but the lack of execution on the field. I do think Collins gotta go, and Jimmy Raye really needs to go. From him and Norv, I expected Moss to see a lot more one on ones. But one more time, if the players want something... who are we to stand in their way??

I believe it's good to have players and coaches on the same page BUT there is a business aspect of football that the narrowminded don't see. If we bring back the same staff and things go sour business is not good, balance is the key. If they decide to keep Norv we better have a backup plan waiting immediately.

What is really getting me ticked off is folks calling for a "protest" likely because the Lions fans did it because of their situation. Since when did the Raider Nation do anything because SOMEONE ELSE did it first? F**k that copy-cat sh*t!

If anyone has a problem with Norv, Collins, or the way this team is run, then make you're presence known by:

a) Not attending the games
b) Not buying Raider merchandise

But going to the game to wear the OTHER TEAMS COLORS is:

a) Stupid (since you have PAID for a game ticket, you are HELPING the team...not hindering it)
b) Blaspheme
c) Being a traitor (even if temporary)

I don't think there is anything wrong with a protest. Your paying for it, you should have a right. Question is how much you want to exercise that right, and what is the most effective way. So lets evaluate.

1)Protesting on forums = Venting your frustration that's pretty much getting you basically no where.

2)BOO- birds - hmm that worked for one game.

3)Bring on the signs and your different colors to the game: If we are not learning a lesson from the Lions fans.. Too bad. But good luck pulling this off at the H.O.T. Because Raider Nation is a little deferent from the kind folk in Detroit.

Bottom line is do you think Al really gives a ****?

IMO he could give a rats ass about anything but winning and he's been in the business longer than most of us have been alive.

I think the no-show's is Protest enough. Just on a side note.. A few years ago I kinda thought the same way.. but I learned a hard lesson! Raider Fans are true to their team regardless of a losing season.

I'm all for speaking up to get a new coach/QB but wearing the opposing team's colors is just plain stupid......Al would be a lot more likely to listen to those wearing silver and black than any other color...

i don't care about protests,i just want to see collins,norv and numerous other underachievers shipped out! it's about time al bit the bullet and hired a competent g.m. and a disciplined head coach cos the old raider way isn't working.22 years since last superbowl win tells it's own story. big changes MUST occur or we will endure more years of mediocre,dismal raider football. here's hoping!

Pointless comes to mind, We as Raider fans should remain in the colors of the team we support.

Protest is everyones right to do but why? Do you really think it would work?
Al does not listen to anyone do you think he will listen to a bunch of guuys in Giants gear? I dont think so but go for it it's your option. Me i will support no matter what, never to wear any colors of any other team but the Raiders. The thought would never come to mind, to do that.
