As for our content...pal, you are completely wrong. This site has significantly more content than most I have found, for any team. There are bright football minds here that know what they are talking about, and I consider myself one of them.

We are the faithful who have stuck with this team through the longest dry spell in team history. That, pal, is a fan...and a damn good one. Perhaps you should re-evaluate your definitions, or perhaps I see anotherr team in your future...but either way, I dont see a fan of the team I love

And I was just defending my team as well. The day I post for rep points is the day I quit the site.

You missed the whole point, it is not bandwagoning to call for a QB change, and when it does not work, you call for another change....its called the desire to win. Raider fans want to win at ANY cost.

But since your reading ability it limited, and all you can do is tell everyone to screw themselves when they tell your years of experience at 21 and your vast football knowledge as a high school assistant that you are a complete tool, you are not worth the time.

how were you defending your team? i didnt say anything bad about them, i was talking about the goofs that post on this site and the way they treat the players on their "team"... it's one thing to call for a change, but it's another to start calling them names, etc, etc... and if you're not one of those people, then mind your own business...

I really shouldn't respond to you anymore. However, since you are still a very young man and happen to be in a position of teaching kids, I think it important to share a few thoughts.

Please don't take this as patronizing, only, the voice of experience.

You are a coach for kids. Those kids will look to you for leadership and guidance. They will learn by your example. How you conduct yourself professionally and personally will have a huge impact on what type of people they will be.

Your use of words like dick, blow me and a few other comments, are immature, classess and inappropriate. You sound like a high school student rather than a teacher's assistant.

Acting like an adult is not easy. One must first learn from their mistakes. You made some. To continue bad behavior once it has been pointed out makes one an ignorant fool.

I have made many mistakes, said stupid things and done stupid things. I learned from them.

One of the most important things I learned is courtesy and respect. Show it, give it. You will then have earned and receive it.

If you learn nothing else, learn that. You will be a better man and teacher for it.
