You guys ARE better than last year. You have exactly 2 big weaknesses in my opinion... Norv and Collins. Ditch them both and you have improved your team 60-70% instantly. All of the penalties are a result of poor discipline/coaching... and Collins just has poor decision-making skills. He has a great arm for the long ball... but the man has poor vision and zero ability to read/respond to changing defensive packages.

But your team is a lot better than their record indicates. I hate saying that as a Charger fan... but it's true. If you guys were in any other division, you'd be fighting for the title.
