Our FO will more than likely be evaluated, just as players and coaches will.
Like my father always told me... "son, the only thing you can count on is, things never stay the same".
The Raiders will get back on their feet, sooner than your sorry dolts did, and the AFC west will once again be owned by the Silver and Black. You can count on that, Baby Blue!

Okay, say what you want, but it seems that you're running smack about things that you have failed to do your homework on...just like your boy throwback420.
The Raiders are the WORST team in the NFL regarding next year's cap, while the Chargers are at worst...third BEST against next year's #. Oakland has a projected $120 million salary against a $90 million cap, do the math...that's $30+ million OVER the #. That only includes
39 players under contract for next year and DOES NOT include Woodson's HUGE cap # if the Raiders choose to re-sign him, $10 million/year to play FS, don't hold your breath. There is
STILL 12 players to sign and you still have $4.4 million in dead money for Gannon to sit in the broadcast booth. You'll be lucky if Collins restructures his deal to free up some $$ as well as Moss, but to get rid of Kerry will add injury to insult as the impending cap hit would be HUGE, look for #5 to be starting for you guys for at least 2 more years. Say bye-bye to Woodson, Walker and Gibson, and you'll have to ask Porter to restructure his deal...again. In light of his unhappiness...he'll probably get traded or be allowed to walk, he's a big $$ # now anyway and IMO, he won't take less money again to play on a team of "I"'s and "Me"s even if he's one himself. So for everyone who says, "New Coach (nope), new QB (sorry) new impact free agents (better be cheap and most of the time you get what you pay for) and new impact rookies (look for what little money you have to go after your 1st rd pick, after that...you can't afford anything else).
Again it's your FO that is to blame, and it's puzzling why there's no demand for improvement there. Your club constantly goes after big name (and big $) FA's in the hope of rebuilding the squad to dominace in just 1 year, but with each aggressive year another year arrives in which the Raiders must chop name after name from the roster. As a Bolt fan, we went through the same type of plan again and again with Bobby Beathard. Say what you want about him, but he's won Lombardis doing it this way with Washington but in todays cap-restricted league...it proves unfeasible. So it doesn't appear that your going anywhere anytime soon, the nation is a proud group but one who IMO fails to see the problem as well as it's source.
I'm out and I'll end on this note...Good Luck today nation, here's to a great, injury-free game on national TV that will show the world how we do things in the AFC West, on the West Coast in general, and specifically IN CALI...
