Norv's Record: 8-18
Norv has been a loser with the Foreskins, Lightin' Doltz, and the Wholphins. He's only been a winner with the Triplets at Cowpies. Norv is 8-18 - it's pure mathmatics - we go nowhere with Norv. Ultimately, the team's play is his responsibility. Thanks but, so long Norv.

I think the big problem with Norv is that hes not too brite... Preperation and ajustments seem to be lacking.
It seems like everytime we go into halftime against a good coach the other team comes out in the second half and attacks our weaknesses... Too many errors to mention. To many close games that coaching mistakes cost us the game. But I think if he was able to do a couple of things better he would probably be around 11 or 12 and 18. Looking back we should have never traded gruden. It has been downhill eversince. Blame the head man for that...

This will be Norv's LAST head coaching gig. No one will want to touch after he spiraled this franchise straight into the hellhole he's diggin for us. Let's just hope (!?!?!?) we can get to .500 or something by the end of the year
 Yeah right, but I'm still rooting for these bitches to win... And BTW, Norv is 8-17, but if you wanna go ahead and notch a loss for us next week to make it 8-18, it's all good bro

I think the problem with Norv besides the fact that he has ****ty game plans, poor play calling and can't get our troops fired up to win a division game and play with any type of urgency is he's the only one that would coach the Raiders. Why else would Al hire somebody with such a lackluster background. I still remember the day he got hired, it was like we're fvcked.

2 ints all season the bengals more than double that in one game... THREE ****ING TIMES THIS SEASON stop blaming norv... lets fire him so we can bring in someone you can change the system again and we'll hear about how you guys all want him fired too?

That would be the stupidest thing we could do is keep norv...8-18 and people are scaried to bring someone new in. Please grow some cahones!!!! We have leaders on all sides of the ball right now, with these leaders it's the right time to bring someone in. On offense Jordan,Moss, & Porter are our leaders who can help bring in a new O-Coordinator, Burgess, Hill, Clark, and Kelly are our leaders who can help a new D-coordinator. And Seabass, Lechler, and Carr on Special teams. Please, people who say dont bring in someone new, FUC*IN HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR TEAM LEADERS!!!!! The reason we're losing is right in front of you 8-18!!!!! People must enjoy losing these games we should be winning, asking to keep norv!!! Dumbest thing I've heard!!!

Here is the worst stat of all: Norv is 1-9 against the AFC West. That is horrible. If Langston Walker doesn't block Elam's field goal in Denver last year he would be 0-10.
