EVERYONE wants a win really bad and EVERYONE needs a win really bad and you need 10 wins to get into the playoffs,sometimes not even 10 wins,sometimes you need 11 (unless you're in the NFC)

Do you actually watch the games? I mean, do you pay attention to the guys on the field at all? Or are you one of those who looks at the scores the next day and that determines who is great or sucks? Seriously... not trying to be an ass here- but if you watched the games at all, you'd see that the way SD is playing and the way the Raiders are playing... there's no doubt who is the better team right now. You can downplay things all you want... but your OL and your DL isn't as good... your QB isn't as smart in his execution (although he has a strong arm)... your RB isn't as good... you have 1 better WR, but we have a better WR/TE combo when taking all of our WR's into account... we both have horrible secondaries... our LB's are miles ahead of yours...

again, try to talk your way out of it any way you can, but those are pretty accurate assesments. The Donks did a good job of pressuring our QB (I think they are going to give KC a run for the money- maybe even beat 'em)... and our coaches did a wonderful job of removing our best weapon from our first two games while Gates was absent in the first. Yes, we faced a pretty weak defense last night... but we also made a lot of stupid mistakes that almost let them back in the game.

And for the record, I think Moss IS probably the biggest playmaker/difference maker in the NFL... but there's only so much 1 guy can do. Outside of Moss... you guys aren't that great a team yet. Sorry... but that's how I see it. Your coach stinks- until you replace him and address your secondary/LB probs... yer not going to have a lot of success.

oh and our QB is not smarter..well he has 6 touchdowns 0 interceptions and a passer rating of 95.9

my point is that records do not always indicate how "good" a team is... Miami beat Denver, for example... now watch- tonight Denver is going to put up a helluva fight against KC. They might even win. Does that mean Miami will beat KC? Not necessarily...

Carolina beat the Pats- and Miami just beat Carolina... somehow I'm thinking Miami isn't quite as bad as you think they are. Yeah, they beat Denver... so what? Maybe they're pretty good! <== novel concept!

Every year teams are different now... we have to learn to let go and accept that teams who stunk it up one year might be fantastic the next and vice versa.
