Shut The **** Up!
Every week it's the same damn thing ...
This week it's Lamont Jordan sucks, or Kerry Collins sucks (he hasn't thrown an INT yet this year!!!!) or Norv Turner sucks ... I don't post a lot, but I read every thread every day at work. I consider myself a die-hard Raider fan, after a loss I don't log onto the board and cry about everything like a "sore-loser" ... Yes there are problems, yes there are high expectations for this Raider team, and yes we still beat ourselves. We should be 2-1 ... we have hung in and almost defeated arguably 3 of the top tier teams in the NFL. So next week if we pound Dallas and LaMont has 145 yards on the ground, all of a sudden his is "the ****" and a great aquisition, right? Why doesn't everyone have some pride and realize, yes this is the NFL, yes anything can happen, yes we are a team that has had 2 horrible seasons, yes we are 0-3, but YES WE ARE ON OUR WAY AND GETTING BETTER, maybe it's going to take some time, this is the most competitve league in all of sports. Deal with it, this is the roster, your not the coaches, you don't call the plays, you can cry all week long about everything or you can shut the **** up and point out what is good. You know you look at the 3-0 teams and look at who they have played. Look at who we have played. Would Cincy be 3-0 right now if they played @ NE, vs. KC and @ Phili? I know the refs rape us, but with penalties we kill ourselves. In the last 2 games we have put ourselves in possition to win, we just didn't ... there will be a few games this year that we will, hopefully more than a few ... I just can't stand reading this garbage everyday, it's one thing to debate and have opinions and it's one thing to slam players who are giving it all they have. I'm sure this will piss some people off and it should, cause it's embarrasing to read this crap and for other fans of other teams to come on here and see it. I feel like crying about everything doesn't change our 0-3 record, so let's talk about how we will beat Dallas.

At what point did I say "The Raiders Are Great?" I believe I said: "YES WE ARE ON OUR WAY AND GETTING BETTER" ... did you read that post through your ass? I know the problems, believe me I watch every game, I just don't sit there and complain, what's done is done.

Thank You ... sorry I'm all fired up ... we lost to the Eagles because Jano missed 2 FG's flat out ... you get those, we win ... not Jordan's lack of rushing yards, the Eagles clearly were stout against the run all day ... like I said it's not Norv, it's not Jordan or Collins ... it's Jano missing 2 make-able FG's, it happens and that is the reason we lost, simple as that. I don't consider that meaning "we suck and are a horrible team."

One thing for sure- if we keep losing we will keep seeing these posts.
I am sick of them too. Especially the Collins sucks and Jordan sucks ones. - they are not perfect but they are not to blame! Does anybody realize that our Oline is playing terribly? Penalties after stupid penalties. Poor run blocking. I think this is a coaching problem.

The 1st thing wrong with people like you is your expectations are too high ... of course we are going to the Super Bowl every year, of course we must sign every single Free Agent that becomes free. Getting Randy Moss as amazing as that is and I hope he is a Raider for a long time, doesn't mean we are a lock for the bowl, if that were the case the Vikings would have been there every year and never let Moss go.
We have an un-proven RB who is starting for the 1st time ever, has potential, will come into his own, but has the right attitude and for the 1st time since the Raiders have been losing they have the right attitude, if this was 2 years ago, Woodson would trying to knock out the coach in the locker room and what not, Norv is keeping the guys together and possitive, we have team leaders and we are going to win some football games, it's going to happen and when it does, watch out! We have been in a re-building, youth stage, no one should be talking Super Bowl, yes it's nice to dream, but let's get to reality here, get to .500 this year, maybe 9-7, or high expectations should be 10-6, it takes time, nothing is instant in this league, players need time to gel and all that ****. Have faith, maybe not this year although there are 13 games to go (and the schedule lets up a bit) ... let's see what happens, either way I think we have a solid foundation to build on ... go all out D next year, maybe a get rid of offensive bums like Fargas, beef the line and we are nasty as hell.

getting randy moss and lamont jordan was supossed to make our offense a hell of alot better.. the only reasonable excuse for why our offense is not dominating is run blocking and play calling.. we have so many weapons and we have yet to be an offensive juggernaut.... the way i see it is our defense is consistantly giving us chances to win games.. we did a good job against the pats. the queefs, and the eagles... all teams are good offensive teams, our defense did the job of keeping us in the game.... our offense should be dominating...... so yes people do have a reason to get pissed
