We have alot of talent on this team. The coaches have to learn how to make it work. Yes the penalties hurt us but so do the stupid ass play calling and Gibson. BTW, f**k bill callahan.

Rob Ryan sucks
Sapp is the only one touching the QB and Ryan takes him out. Why doesn't he blitz.

I can't totally blame Chris Carr, as he is trying to break a kick, but with 0:09 to go and down, 3 points, he needs to get down on the ground when he sees there was no place to run. Instead, time runs out without Oakland even getting an chance to attempt a Hail Mary. Again, just an example of not making the smart play in a big spot. Raiders now 0-3 when they should be no worse than 2-1 -- and in large part because of stupid penalties/decisions in key spots.
Props to David Akers, though -- one kicker who might actually be called a "real" football player.

Is it me or did we not blitz one time today. What the hell is going on. Somebody has got to be held accountable for this bull sh*t. We can't keep playing this kind of football. If Al Davis is such a great football mind, then he better step up and make some changes because this truly is BULL****.

Im starting to agree with the fact that Al Davis needs to hand over control to the team to a coach that will have complete control. I mean, drafting has been horrible, we get a kicker in the first round who has a booming leg, but is inaccurate and inconsistent. Not too mention, if that happens we could get some good coaches and coordinators in Oakland.

Hmmm.... whole team is playing poorly, even with great talent on the team...
Gotta lay it on the Coaches... When your TE is thrown to twice as much as the one of the best WRs in the league, your playbook, or calling, is poor. .9 yards per carry average, and continued to run??? huh???? even on third and longs??? TO not manned up on that last drive??? Pathetic Coaching... their Go To guy let loose in the middle of the field.... duh.... Carr not told to go down immeditly on the last kick??? to give your offense a shot??? HUH???? 3rd and 14, first quarter, and you call a draw???? 3rd and 10 third quarter and you call a swing to the RB??? Huh??? We actually started moving the ball in the last quarter... why??? CAUSE WE WERE THROWIN TO OUR WR's.... duh.... Our whole offensive gameplan was based on them blitzing... WHICH THEY DIDN"T DO?|!!!!!!! Im disgusted with our coaching right now... And, I've been a die hard fan for... oh.... 40 years....

I have NEVER been this frustrated. We gave them the game over and over again. Hell all we had to do was hold them to a long fieldgoal and we would have had a chance and we couldn't even do that. Penalties, Penalties, Penalties. WE ARE THE DUMBEST TEAM IN THE NFL. I love the Raiders but the whole game we looked like a clusterfck.

I'm only 26 years old and I've been with this team since i knew what football is and or was.
Call me a troll call me whatever, but this team is embarrassing. We have the greatest reciever in the game yet we fail to find him in crunch time. I don't care if he is covered by the eagles team and the steelers team, throw him the god dam ball, tell our idiot punt returner to get the ball and slide down torry holt style and give us a god dam chance to win this game. Chris Carr has a lot of heart but that doesn't replace his brain. Same with this whole dam team. We have tons of heart but until we get our brains in this game we might as well keep blaming the dam refs, and they are not innocent in this game either. I'm p issed off at this team, and rightfully so. In all my years watching my beloved Raiders, this is by far and away the most talented team we have had in my recent memory. Far more talented than our SB run, far more talented than Bo Jackson years. Yet we still manage to mess it up. Our coaching is worthless, and the grand Pooh Bah, is old and he thinks its the 70's. Gruden's contract is up after this year. What I wouldn't give to have him back!!!!!! However, I will still we be watching for another 26 years, because I was born a Raiders Fan and I'll be god damned if I don't die one.
