Did anyone watch the KC game?

I have been hearing all about the new KC defense and how improved they are. So I had to go and look at their stats. Turns out that in their home opener they ranked last in the NFL against the pass. That's right last in the NFL. So I can't help but to wonder, is the defense that much improved or did the Jets play a crap game? Did anyone actually see the game? I'm sure you guys are like me in the fact that I would rather watch Barney than a Chefs game but just looking for an honest opinion on this defense. If they ranked last against the Jets in passing seems to me that we should rip them a new well you know with our passing game.

Hey, ass, what happens when a team gets down by 20? They throw the ball on every play. Why dont you look to see how many times they ran the ball in the second half...I'll give you a hint: less than 5 plays were running plays. So maybe think then post, pally.

Maybe you were watching Barney ... Because if you had really watched the Jets were so far behind in the second half that all they had was to pass and we went into a vanilla defense giving up many yards and only 7 count them 7 points

I seen part of the game..and the Chiefs D is not all that. They did good in smashing Curtis Martin...but other then that they didn't do a dang thing to make me go hoop law. Chad and the Center were at fault for at least 4 fumbles (bad snaps). i hope we smash them friken punks!!!

Keep in mind a couple of things. First, yes the Jets gave up the run and just passed the ball. Second, the Chiefs lost Patrick Surtain for most of the game. Let's see how good the Raider secondary does if Charles Woodson is out of the game. And, regardless of the mistakes the Jets made, they do still have weapons on offense. The Jets still do have firepower on offense, and the Chiefs were able to keep them to 7 points. The score is all that matters. As far as score goes, the Chiefs were a top 5 or top 3 defense on Sunday.

you saw part of the game??? That must make you an expert on the game You must have missed all the pressure our safteys and linebackers got on Pennington and then he started fumbling because our d-line had the o-line a little jumpy watch the whole game before commenting please

Chiefs played a solid game, no doubt. Jets ****ed up and they capitalized. What's not good about that? What i really liked was the playmaking ability of the line. They slapped the ball outta Pennigton's hand like it wasn't ****. That's what we need to do to cause turnovers, but we don't even have tackling fundamentals down. Oh well, whenever we play within our division, it's always a close game. Good luck (not really).

What about giving up 120 total yards, 39 rushing yards, and having 3 forced fumbles, 3 sacks, and an interception returned for 51 yards all in the first half? Is that any good?
