Yeah but you don't review possible roughing calls do you? No. Thank You. We know the rule and to be honest if a QB pump faked dropping back into the pocket every play and never brings the ball all the way back into their chest, by the rule they could never fumble because it would then be considered an incomplete pass, no matter how far back the pump fake was. The rule is wrong and everyone outside of MA, knows that.

The good thing is this franchise is not over that play and we still have wrath over it which will only help us competitively.

According to the rule book, if a player is trying to bat the ball and hits something else than its up to the Ref. As we all know, penalties like this are unreviewable. As for the tuck ruling, it has its place but was not appropriate in this instance since Brady had already touched the ball with his other hand.

And you see this is what facist puritans like yourself want the world to believe...You do realize that Walt Coleman NEVER said anything about a 'tuck' in his explanation for overruling the call. He said his arm was 'going forward', which Mike Perriara, head of the NFL zebras, said was a lie. He then, along w/the NFL's fellow facists pulled this 'tuck rule' out of their ass. And that is even a lie. The rule they pointed to says that when a passer tucks the ball into his body(and yes the hand is part of the body) it is a fumble.
