I'm looking forward to seeing Brett play exactly the opposite of how he played against us on the dismal MNF game after his father had passed away.

We will destroy Brett. 3 picks, no TDs and he gets sacked at least twice when he tries to get the better of our secondary in our house.

No, he'll probably beat the Raiders, but I don't care because his team will have 6 wins at most and he'll miss the playoffs while the Packers contend.

I have to much respect for Farve to ever insult the guy. I have been watching Brett for over 15 years and really love that he broke all of Marino's records. (I can't stand Dan "Dirtbag" Marino) Yeah #4 has been causing alot of drama this offseason (But doesn't he do that every year, waiting till the last second to tell you if he's coming back or not) Please people give the guy a break he's (statistically) the best QB ever! If the guy wants to play so be it. Honestly we all know he doesn't have more than a year or two left in him, so just let him play and keep adding to those records. I will suppoort that damn Cheesehead till the day that he really does retire LOL...Good Luck Farve Your gonna need it in New York!

LOL.. You really think the Packers have a chance to contend without Farve? You must be high LOL... Farve is The Packers!
Also the season has not even started yet and you are putting the packers in the playoffs? PLAYOFFS? Did he say Playoffs? (Jim Mora, sorry i couldn't resist) Any Given Sunday. the Jets could very well have a better season than GB. You don't know whats gonna happen (Unless of course you are a Weather Man, which i doubt) Last i checked the only position that the Jets really struggled at was QB. The Jets went on a spending spree this offseason (Similar to us) and brought in alot of big name players (Calvin Pace was huge, i wish we could have lured him to come play for us) A new O-line and a solid draft (Gholston) I think the Jets will do pretty good, after all they do play Miami and Buffalo Twice a year. Thats four easy wins for the Jets right there LOL...
Not to mention the Jets have a easy schedule this year! My Prediction: Raiders 31 Jets 27 Wild Card playoffs (Hey it could happen!)

Well.... there are quite a few people on this forum that think the Raiders are going to contend.............. with a rookie QB.................... and a crappy O line............... and a defense that can't (as of yet) stop the run. The Packers are a much better team than the the Raiders... who knows?

metoo... i hope JaMarcus is that type of QB, leader in a couple of yrs(without the ints lol) i wanted us to get him here when he first had problems in GB (after Collins/Brooks or before, can remember)= but he wouldve been a good fit with Moss and company i thought.

but yea, Brett is/was a good player and a great teammate (duh! lol) for sure(xcept on the J Walker-contract issues when he "singled out" Javon imo) .

Yes GB has a better O-Line then us but i would take Nnamdi and Deangelo over C-wood and Al Harris in a heartbeat (mostly due to age) Also i think Captain Kirk and Mr.53 (Thomas Howard) are way better than AJ Hawk and Nick Barnett (Morrison 5 INTs, Howard 6 INTs last season) Our safties are better (Time to shine Huff) Lets see RB Yeah we've got them beat there too! GB had a very weak running game last year thats why Farve was throwing 40 pass attempts per game (Ryan Grant LOL...) WRs Greg Jennings is the best player on GB, but i don't think i can name another good WR on the Packers (Donald Driver doesn't count because he is almost as old as Al Davis LOL...) Aaron Rodgers (4 year pro) has less starts under his belt than Jamarcus so i would say were about even there. (I would take JR over Rodgers any day of the week) I like our coaching staff better as well. Green Bay also has a tough schedule this year. I think the Raiders can finish the season with more Wins than the Packers IMHO. Our run defense will be better than it was last year. i expect to see alot more blitzing then we've seen over the last few years. Fabian Washington, and Stu were getting burned left and right last year. Deangelo Hall and Gibril Wilson are big time upgrades over those bums.Warren Sapp was terrible against the run. i think the rotation of Gerard Warren, Tommy Kelly, William Joseph, and Big Terd Sands will be enough for one year till we can draft a Beast to play Nose Tackle (Remember Tommy Kelly and Gerard Warren missed almost the whole season due to injuries) The AFC West is ours for the taking. San Diego is the only team standing in our way. (But Norv Turner will ruin them just as he has done to every team he has ever coached) Is time the Raiders bring back the Swagger and start kicking some ass!
