No problem. Just as a reminder, you started this thread "How about that crypt keeper" Keep it real bro. You came in here talking $hit and you've done nothing but insult the Raiders since you've been here. That's why you get $hit talked right back to you.

Lamont Jordan should be a force with NE in short yardage considering how effective their passing game is. He was great with the Jets as a back up which is what fooled us thinking he could be an every down back. I'm sure now that he's with a bonified contender, he'll play his a$$ off as their back up.

I can't say he will lead the league in rushing like Moss did for TDs but he should do well in that scheme. We needed a game breaker. Lamont is a pound it up the middle kind of back and we normally were playing from behind the last few years he's been here. He's great out of the backfield but he has no open field moves to break a game open. JMHO

With Fargas, McFadden for speed and Bush for the short yardage, I feel we are much more dangerous on the ground. That will open up our passing game. With Jordan the defense could stack the box and still catch his slow a$$ before he got outside.

You wont' be able to stack the box on McFadden because if he does happen to get past that initial rush, it's 6 points down the sidelines.

The Raiders are going to be even tougher on the ground this year which should take some of the pressure off of Russell and give him some time to adjust and get his head in the game. I didn't get a chance to see much of DMc in college, let's just hope he pans out better than the "great Reggie Bush". Trust me I want the Raiders to be competitive again, it makes it more fun for all of us. Nobody likes watching lopsided games.

OK, this is getting spooky. How can the Bronco's make the playoffs 27 times since 1982, when it was only 25 seasons ago. I will give you the benefit of the doubt on that one, I watched the X files too man. It is possible that they played an extra 5 years or so in a time warp vortex thing that Shanahan somehow engineered in a failed attempt to stop him from aging.

But what I don't get is how a team can get more playoff wins by limiting the sample period. For instance, it was 17 total for Denver, but stop counting the years before 1982, suddenly, they get an extra 10 appearances over their lifetime total to make 27.

There is some weird time voodoo-**** going on man, I am scared.

edit: If I stop counting all the years before 2000 for the Chargers, how many Super Bowls will they have won since thein? 40?
