Well rumors has it that it's the the original "shooter" mister Light Out himself.

Unfortunate thing happen to him late last month...his $180.000 Mercedes got stolen. Some
interesting facts.

1) The high end Mercedes is almost impossible to steel.

2) They only took the rims and torched the car. So this talented thief just took $180,000 car for only the rims?? while the whole car is worth XXX,XXX oversees.

My theory...This was an inside job...cuz his "base" salary is around $650.000 and if the rumor is true..
he will receive a 1 year suspension (without pay) so that Mercedes at a cost of 1/3 of his salary becomes expandable.

If he tested positive for the second time it will mean LIGHT OUT for him as a Charger.
I think they will announce this on draft day so they can mix it in with other football news.

This will be great news, for us of course.

God help us if thats true. So much for the great SD pass rush. I really don't think Merriman would be that stupid. BTW, Cooper tested postive for diet pills (ephedra) in the offseason, not really that big of a deal. Besides look at the first 4 games we have.........

The thing about the Merriman rumor.....these rumors have a nasty habit of being true. About six weeks before Merriman was suspended the first time in 2006 it appeared as a rumor on one of the Chargers' forums. Nobody believed it and the person who posted it was brutally excoriated by the board. Then came the announcement.

If he has tested positive again that's pretty stupid. Really don't give a fuk about him or the chargers but I would have to see it officially announced before I believe it.

One would like to think he's not that stupid. Yeah, I may be over-reacting and certainly hope it's just a stupid rumor. I pray this is the one that doesn't turn out to be true.

First, I want to say that Igor needs to learn to be less ****y. I like the fire and confidence, though.

Second, I want to point out that after Igor smacked Donks' center Tom Nalen at the end of that prime-time game in 2006 in front of the refs the league fined Nalen 2-1/2 times as much as it did Igor. Why? Cuz Nalen took a cheap shot at Igor on the previous play. The incident shined a spotlight on the fact that Nalen is among the dirtiest players in the league. And I'm sure other D-linemen in the AFC West, including D. Burgess and W. Sapp, appreciated Igor for what he did.
