Go Giants!!

All of you who somehow find fault with the Chargers for only making it to the AFC Championship game and falling 10 points short of the Super Bowl are being ridiculous. The Chargers were in the Final 4 and defensively played toe-to-toe with one of the most powerful offenses in NFL history. The Bolts also have one of the youngest rosters in the league and will be an elite team with a shot at the Super Bowl every season for years to come.

All that said, I am rooting for the G-men in two weeks. I don't buy into this hate-Eli sour grapes that a lot of Chargers fans let control them. Yeah, Eli dissed our franchise four years ago. But I'm over it. He has endured and emerged in NY, and I admire respect him for it.

Here's to Eli out-QBin Tommy Tuck-Rule on Feb. 3!

Your defense played great and made Brady look like the 6th round pick that he is but that offense was beat up, the Patriots faced about 50% of the Chargers in that game. They're always healthy, never gets calls against them.. they're just a really lucky team and a healthy offense could've picked that defense apart. Their D isnt as good as people think.

Oh yea, Vincent Jackson is a beast and was open all day so hopefully Plax can do the same against that defense.

The Patriots are so experienced in the Superbowl and the Giants arent, I think thats what scares me the most but who knows maybe the Giants can shock the world once again.

Does the loss against the Patriots sting? How bad does it sting? I bet it doesn't sting as much as the "Tuck Rule".

I'll probably put in the double cd of "The History of the Raiders" on SB Sunday.

I'm hoping second time is the charm for the Giants v. the Pats. I'm cheering for any team that is in the way of the Pats going undefeated.

Charger guy, you might be proud of your team, but I just don't get it. Before the season started, Charger fans had punched superbowl tickets. Your brethren even had threads on their board discussing who you would meet in the superbowl. Now all is well because you went "toe to toe" with the Pats (a team that you all swore you were better than after last season)?

By the way, that game was a boat race anyway, no matter how the final score ended up. There's no way you're gonna beat the Pats without scoring TD. Your D was good, what with the 3 picks and all, but the Pats D had a more impressive game, especially stopping you guys 1st and goal from the 9 and working with a short field after the Jammer INT. The Pats began to dominate on offense in the 2nd half, and if not for a few athletic plays by your secondary, the Chargers could've lost by 20+

But yeah, go Giants!

Lol, your proud of losing by 10? It could have been 17 if they scored on the last drive. The Pats RAN the ball down your throats. Please. Save me your pitty. Braggin about losing by "falling short 10 points."

Like Raiders Brah said, its not that we dont respect an AFC Championship appearance. Its the fact how ****y your band wagon hopping fan base was pre-season. And where is the Chargers org now? With the same Trophy case as before, no Lombardis!

The game was pointless, the loss was inevitable.

The Chargers gave it their best shot again this year and came up short in the afccg. As for the super bowl, even though there is a lot I do not like about the patriots, there is one player on that team that I will always be a fan of, and that is Junior Seau, so I will root for " 55 " and the patriots to win. Has nothing to do with Eli and his refusal to play for the Chargers. Junior could see to it that Eli gets what he really deserves during the game.
