Chargers Granted Ticket Extension To Avoid Black Out
http://www.usatoday.com/sports/footb...86135285_x.htm
Chargers COO Jim Steeg said he was surprised the game hadn't yet sold out, we're not, since every regular-season game did. He said a number of factors were involved, including the holidays and the fact that the Chargers were 7-5 when ticket invoices were sent out, yeah that's it......not. Prices range from $110 to $135. Steeg said no companies have approached the Chargers about buying the remaining tickets in order to lift the blackout. ![]() because nobody cares!!!!!!!!

I think the wildfires have something to do with this... All the regular season games were sold out BEFORE the season started. Then after all the terrible fires we had so many lost homes and valuables. Maybe there are alot out there that just can't go out and pay all that money for their tickets...
Anyhow, I have my tickets and i'll be going to the game. Just like every other game for the last 15 years... Go Bolts.

There were plenty of people in San Diego who weren't affected by the fires at all (as evidenced by the Chargers playing in front of a full stadium only a few days after Quallcomm was a fire shelter). The Chargers were 7-5, not 13-0, so Charger fans decided to act like Charger fans. It's no different than when the Chargers went 9-7 and their season opener the following year didn't even sell out.
