It won't matter who your coach is...... as long as Al is still alive, things will stay the same. The Raiders are victims of a similiar situation as The Chargers. As much as I would love to see Bill Cower or Pete Carroll coaching in San Diego, neither of them would come here as long as AJ is still the GM. Same thing with Oakland. They can't attract a top coach because they know they wouldn't really hold the reins, they would be Al's b*tch.
