Kiffin will be here for @ least 4 more years he's not going anywhere. I think Al learned that he has to be patient, everyone wants to win now but making as mant coaching changes as he has the last 5 years is not the answer and he figured that out. He is going to give Kiffin the time he needs to establish his team.

Firing Kiffin is not the answer and will not solve problems for this team to win games. I still believe Mr. Davis made the right decision in hiring Coach Kiffin and I do not think will go back on his decision by firing him. Like what most of our fans here are saying, our team does not have the right personel to run his type of offense. Hey it took Gruden almost two seasons to get the Raiders winning again. You just have to be patient. I think more than anything, Kiffin is using this oppertunity to evaluate players, where his needs are and who does not belong.

Sending in J Russell likely is not the right decision or the right time. Not with the o-line we have now and receivers. We do not have a deep threat nor the line that can provide him protection in the pocket.

Be patient Raider Nation! It will get better!
