He inherited a 2-14. We don't have a stoutful front seven, our offensive line play has been shaky, our wide receivers are slow, we have no burners, our running backs have been up and down, and our quarterbacks have all sucked.

KIFFIN was handed a terrible roster. You cannot judge a staff solely on wins and losses this season. Give him Five years before we can talk about should he stay or go.

Your an idiot, its week 11 and your talking about a coaching change. Kiffin came into Oakland with the worst roster in the league, Al knows this is going to take time. Kiffin he's just doing some cleaning of the roster this 1st season, I'm going to give him 3 years if nothing good comes out of it then yeah i say he might need to go then. Give the guy a break, he just got here don't be so quick to give him the boot just yet.

Even during Kiffin's introductory press conference, Al eluded to the fact that this was going to take a while to turn this franchise around. With that being said, that automatically gives Kiffin a 2nd year to get things headed in the right direction. Davis knows that he can't afford another 1 year hiring and firing.
