what software can i use that really simple to use and dont cost alot

I dont know if you can have a 'simple' to use program. If you just wanted to put fonts and stuff (the basics) you can use ms paint.

But you can alos try GIMP. Its a free software.

i was looking for something so i can resize pics, crop them and to make banners .etc

I use all the photoshop Products...but for something simple try Gimp..
