I voted number 2 for a couple of reasons.

a.) The text/title (red letters) in number one are illegible and not clear enough to be readable even at that size.

b.) Part of the reason for the text trouble in the first one is the placement of the black box. It also cuts off the flow of your piece from an artistic point of view.

One suggestion I would have using that overall texture for your piece is to make a 2nd/duplicate layer of this textured version (keeping the original "non-textured" version below.
Change the "textured/filtered" layer to either "Overlay, Multiply,Soft Light or Screen" and then using the eraser tool set at a very low Opacity, erase some of the textured areas so that the piece isn't overwhelmed by the texture/filter effect.
(Just something to try out.)

The overall piece is different and unique.
Keep working on your stuff homie!!!
