Okay what we need to do...I posted the first six or seven entries on one of these threads.....and list these after..in order......and stick it all on an OFFICIAL on one sticky. If you want to see what I mean..check out or graphics thread on it....I am gonna try and start all over and list them again.....great sigs guys.

I gota Say Sig # 2 and #5 are sick i used to be able to do Color Blending like that.

#2 is the winner IMO. #1 2nd and #6 in 3rd.

I like #5. The only thing is the #47 at the top left. It looks out of place because there is a lot of sharp/strong contrast going on in the sig, but the "#47" is 'soft' and blurred. Perhaps the artist could change the bevel/embossing properites to a 'stroke' emboss to make it more consistent with the rest of the composition.

I also like #6, but it's too grainy. It looks like the artist of that one saved it as a .gif because they wanted to preserve the cut off corners to give it that true rounded look. But the problem with that is by saving it as a .gif, the image quality lessens to keep the file size down, which is fine for an animated sig, but for a static sig, it looks odd. Perhaps saving it as a .png would be best since .png's allow the sig to remain it's original quality, allows those areas that are supposed to be transparent, and all websites are able to display them properly.

No problem. Folks still have until Thursday(?) to submit their work for voting. As far as finalists, how many should be selected? The top 3? Top 4?

#2 IS promising, but it looks too dark and too deep of a red color. I think that artist used the Hue/Saturation adjustment intead of using the Color Balance adjustment. You can get more subtle color changes with color balancing while giving the piece more depth at the same time.
