I like it, but remember you can't use the oficcial Raiders shield logo in your sig, you should change it for the RF.net logo. Just an observation, I know I said that your SIG looked good, and yes it does, but I would be fine if the girl would be in front of the background and with 100% of opacity as well as the logo (in this case the RF.net logo) and I think I can't determine what thing is the image in the upper left side of the SIG, it seems like a Horse but I am not sure.
But as I said before I like it, good work. Peace bro.
