I think one of them will be gone from the team next season. I hope its not Adams.

Yes, of course, we should keep firing the HC every 2 to 3 years, it has proven very effective.

How long are you willing to give McDaniels? He took over a playoff team.

It depends on how we finish. This last game is a flush it down the drain game. Move past it. However it's very concerning that our offense is struggling. I think if we win 6 or less games....you have to get rid of him. There's no improvement. We can sit here and say all we want about continuity but McDaniels has shown he isn't a good HC so far. Are we gonna wait until year 4 to win 8 games? He's literally doing the same thing he did in Denver. I want to give him time but this is a what have you done for me lately league and he's won 7 games for us...3 against the shit ass Broncos. We've blown too many leads and have looked way too inept on offense

In the video linked by the OP, Adams says McDamiels offense is too complicated. I'm starting to think that was the problem last season and so far this season.

    They over-achieved.

I think Adams will be gone but I thought that this offseason when he came out and said they didnt see eye to eye on the offense. Felt like the only way hed be here or at least be happy to be here is if we were winning and he was putting up the numbers hes accustomed to. Still 15 games left so everything still to be determined but if were still a 6-7 win team or worse I think hes traded to a contending team. More of a mutual agreement than a bitter divorce. Hes too good a talent to waste his years on a middling team putting up pedestrian numbers.

We can get something for Adams....if we were to trade him

we shouldn't even have DaVante if we're not competitive. sucks big time balls. we're still in a rebuild and our D-Line draft picks are not looking great. Renfrow should definitely be traded already.
