Sounds like a mental breakdown needing professional help, not teammates and coaches.
The team and football will move on with or without him. It is not secondary at all to those whose careers depend on it.

He is overpaid based on his production. I'd say Koonce and Wilson will be sharing snaps with Jones anyway. Koonce looks better and better and Wilson is a youngster who will be starting soon enough.
If we can trade Jones, trade him. But with his salary, it might be tough.
Either he gets back into the fold or he's done. There are no more scholarship players on the Raiders. You have to earn what you're paid.
Just saying its secondary for Jones right now, sounds like he has more important issues to take care of first.
Maybe Jones is mad because he sees Wilson replacing him.
Why would Jones say he wants to talk with AB and Aldon Smith after he says he doesn't want to play for the Raiders coach and GM?
AB and Smith had completely different coaches and GMs when they played for the Raiders.
I wonder if Jones really posted this stuff?
